Shilo

Industry Overview

Shilo is an AI platform built for high-performing real estate professionals — agents and teams who need to move faster, decide smarter, and stay ahead of a market that doesn't slow down. They came to us at a critical early stage: the product was taking shape, but the brand hadn't caught up. Identity and interface needed to be built together, from the ground up.

The Challenge

Shilo was entering a crowded AI-tools market with no established visual language and no product interface. The risk wasn't just aesthetic — without a clear identity, an AI platform for real estate reads as either too technical for agents or too generic to trust. The brand and product had to work as one system, or neither would land with the professionals Shilo was built for.

Brand and product design rarely get built in parallel. When they do, the stakes are higher — every decision in one discipline forces a decision in the other.

The Approach

We started with positioning before aesthetics — clarifying what Shilo needed to communicate to a skeptical, high-performance audience: capability without friction. From there, we developed a visual identity with a restrained color palette and typography built for credibility at speed. The product design followed the same logic: interface decisions were made around how real estate professionals actually process information under pressure, not around feature checklists.

The Results

Shilo.ai has quickly emerged as a high-growth AI leader for real estate teams, helping agents and loan officers improve conversations, coaching, and conversion performance. Following a $2.6 million seed round, Shilo expanded its product and go-to-market efforts.
