Oxy provides workflow, reporting, and systems integration services that may include authorized connections to QuickBooks Online and related internal business systems. This Privacy Policy explains how Oxy collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the Oxy QuickBooks integration.
This Privacy Policy applies to information accessed, received, processed, or stored through Oxy’s QuickBooks integration and related internal workflows, including connected systems such as automation tools, databases, and internal reporting platforms.
When an authorized user connects QuickBooks Online to Oxy’s integration, Oxy may access and process business information made available through the QuickBooks Online APIs. Depending on the authorized scope and workflow, this may include company information, chart of accounts, customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, transactions, classes, locations, attachments, reports, and other accounting or operational records.
Oxy may also collect technical and administrative information related to the integration, including user identity, connection metadata, timestamps, sync logs, error logs, and configuration details.
Oxy uses this information solely for legitimate business purposes related to the authorized integration, including:
Oxy does not sell QuickBooks data or use QuickBooks data for unrelated advertising purposes.
By connecting QuickBooks Online to Oxy’s integration, the user represents that they are authorized to grant access to the applicable QuickBooks Online company and its data. The user is responsible for ensuring that the connection is authorized by the applicable business.
Information accessed through the integration may be processed and stored in Oxy-controlled systems and approved service providers used to operate the workflow, which may include automation platforms, databases, cloud hosting providers, reporting tools, and operational systems.
Data may be stored in the United States or other locations where Oxy or its service providers operate, subject to reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Oxy does not sell QuickBooks data. Oxy may disclose information only in the following circumstances:
Oxy retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the integration, support legitimate business operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business records. Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, the workflow, and applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Oxy uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Oxy cannot guarantee absolute security.
A customer or authorized user may revoke the QuickBooks connection through Intuit, through Oxy’s designated disconnect process, or by contacting Oxy. Revoking access will stop future data access through the integration after the revocation is processed, but it may not automatically delete information previously obtained and retained in accordance with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, or contractual requirements.
Subject to applicable law and contractual obligations, Oxy may respond to reasonable requests to access, correct, delete, or limit certain stored information. Some requests may be denied where the information must be retained for legal, security, accounting, audit, or operational reasons..
This integration may involve third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and internal workflow tools. Oxy is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of third-party platforms except as required by law or contract.
Oxy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date
