A mobile app redefining the doctor-patient relationship.
AxS Health is creating a platform to transform the way we interact with doctors. They approached us looking for an expansion of the features in their mobile app. Oxy acted as the dedicated design team working directly with their product and engineering team. When we started working on the application, there was an existing design which we added to and iterated on over time. The scope of the team's work included the optimizing of their payment flows, designing HTML emails, redesigning their app icons, crafting new features, adding a doctor profile, and more. AxS Health was deployed for public download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Doctor profiles make it simple to see doctor credentials, know what services are offered, view practice location and contact information, and book a service with your doctor.
The booking appointment flow makes it painless to communicate your symptoms to your doctor and pay your office visit copay.
This mobile app project gave us the opportunity to put our icon design skills to the test. We crafted icons for the app to use in system navigation contexts as well as graphic placeholder settings, such as in empty and success states.
The app used a neat third-party credit card scanner to simplify the card details input process. After making a payment, each transaction is followed up with a clean HTML email containing the transaction's details.
In the end, AxS Health is breaking the mold of long wait times and unnecessary barriers between you and your doctor.
